How does your courier service work?

Courier Service within Tbilisi

There are two kinds of currier services in Tbilisi: Standard and Express Courier services.
  • Standard Courier service - it's free of charge within Tbilisi city and provided after third day of flight arrival but every Thursday. In order to get Standard Courier services it is necessary to pay all outstanding invoices and ensure that the field “pickup from post office” is not checked in the parameters section of customer control panel. 
    Standard Courier service in Tbilisi will not deliver packages weighing less than 0.5 kg.
  • Express Courier services - the cost is 3 GEL for any number of packages with total weight of 15 kg and is provided on the day of flight arrival. To order the Express Courier service, request must be made by pressing the “Express Courier” button in the Customer Control Panel of the “Arrived” section.

    Please verify your mailing address before sending the request.
    Please note, that for deliveries within Tbilisi, requests submitted before 1:00pm will be delivered the same day and after 1:00pm the next day.

For Courier Service to Regions

Regional courier service is offered on working days and the fee is 10 GEL for every 15 kg of shipment, despite their quantity. For each additional 15 kg an additional 10 GEL will be charged.

To use the regional courier service, customer must clear all outstanding invoices and add the minimum 10 GEL balance.
